Leaving San Jose around 7 P.M. on Friday night, we arrived at Tollhouse around midnight. In the morning we headed to Tollhouse Traverse (5.5, 4 pitches, Trad.) where Francisco took the sharp end for all four pitches. In the evening, we ended up on Sunday Afternoon Slab for Directissima (5.7, 2 pitches, Sport). We ended up hiking back up to camp in the dark, illuminated by Jay's headlamp and the spotlights from a stadium in the town below.

Camping at Tollhouse Rock seems good for the whole year. There's a nearly 360 degree view of the sky from the top.
